In a wide pan , Cook ½ cup of oatmeal in 1 ½ cups water until they’re mushy for about 7 mins. Transfer to a soup bowl and pour ¼ cup Almond milk and mix them until well combined. Serve Hot!

RECIPE :
Strawberries(cut into cubes) – 1/2 cup
Blueberries – 1/2 cup
Water/lemon juice – 1/4 cup
Cook the berries in a pan (on low heat) & add water to keep them from sticking to the pan. Let them cook for about 5 mins till they turn mushy. Turn off the stove & top your oatmeal with this bright & beautiful jam. (Since the berries are naturally sweet you don’t need sugar) . Store the jam in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days..
Avoid using honey, maple syrup or any artificial sweeteners.
3. TOASTED BANANAS :
Heat 1 tsp coconut oil in a wide pan and toast sliced bananas on each side on very low flame until they’re golden. Serve along with berry jam and oatmeal.
