Detox – Evening Snack Recipe

BAKED CRISPY CARROT CHIPS WITHOUT OIL:

Ingredients:

  • Large carrots – 2 
  • Salt – a pinch 
  • Cayenne pepper/red chilli powder – ¼ tsp 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Wash carrots and peel the skin using a vegetable peeler. Use the peeler to slice the carrots into thin long strips. 
  2. Place them on a baking tray and sprinkle salt & cayenne pepper & bake them for 15 mins. Remove them from the oven and fluff them up and bake them again for another 10 mins until they’re crispy. Serve them immediately as they are crisp only when served hot.
