Forget the store-bought stuff and whip up this Mediterranean dip from scratch!
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup grated cucumber
- 1 tbsp fresh Dill or 3 tbsp minced dill pickles (adds more flavor)
- 1/4 cup Minced parsley/cilantro
- 3 large cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- drizzle of olive oil
- salt to taste
Whisk everything together until well combined. Serve chilled with some pita bread, rice & meat.
